Y.A.L.E. Clinic is an approved provider for New Jersey public school districts, NJDOE approved private schools for students with disabilities and other agencies for the following services:
Applied Behavior Analysis
Direct behavioral support services by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) related to behavior management, functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention planning, teaching staff support and more.
Home Instruction
Home instruction under NJAC 6A, one-to-one instruction in the student’s place of residence or other setting due to a health condition, need for treatment, court order, or exclusion from general education for conduct or safety reasons.
Independent Evaluations
Psychoeducational or psychological evaluations and assessment designed to determine a student’s specific strengths and educational needs, and to provide information regarding his or her current levels of functioning.
Supplemental CST Services
Professional consultation, assessment and evaluation services to supplement existing local district services, including by specialists in behavior, psychology, school social work, physical/occupational therapy, speech/language, and more.
Speech Language Therapy
Clinical evaluation and diagnosis of speech and language disorders, development of therapeutic goals and treatment plans, and direct therapeutic services in support fo IEP goals and objectives in the educational environment.
Physical Therapy
Assessment to identify physical mobility and stability delays, development of individualized goals and objectives, development of treatment plans and direct therapy to help students reach developmental milestones that require gross motor skills.
Occupational Therapy
Assessment of fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual skills and self-care, development of therapeutic goals and objectives, treatment plans and direct therapy to improve grasping/releasing, hand-eye coordination and certain self-care skills.
Counseling
Participation in assessment of mental health/behavioral issues, consult with teachers, parents and administrators on implementing behavior plans, provide individual and group counseling/therapy, and provide direct classroom support.
